If you go down to the woods today..

I feel like running into the woods and climbing up tree's with my socks pulled up and drinking tea in a secret garden, It would remind me of an English winter and the secret garden in my park back home.. Mmm I can smell winter even though here the sun is shining..

Love,love,love

Arh me and my boyfriend celebrated our 3 years of togetherness this eve at the Laneways festival. Magical music and hoe downs, oh what a sweet song we sing. Happy 3 years Chris.. xxx

Guitar rifts echo in my ear,
Make's me think of you for a minute,
You sitting on my bed,
Captures a moment, a memory, something you said,

So put it in a jar,
And keep it there,
Till I find another song,
That reminds me of you when your not there xxx

What has Russh got in store for moi

A new year, a new start, a new mag and a new prediction of my year to come , Oh how I love Russh. It seems pretty spot on too. I just hope all these wonderful things happen, bring on daydreaming and wishful thinking...

I wish I could drink tea with Laura Marling

What can I say, I've seen her play in the midst of a mud riddled field in Wales and now in a up close and intimate gig at The Zoo in Brisbane just last night. Laura Marling is a true talent and a beautiful one at that. She sang songs from her past and introduced songs from her new album- I speak because I can.

With a little help from her band including Marcus Mumford from the up and coming band Mumford and sons, they delivered a somber yet beautiful set. I really wanted to ask her round for a cup of tea but never got the chance, so instead I shut up and listened, as when your watching Laura that is all you want to do...

Where the wild thing are

I some how remember the book being a little more on the bright side, but I did love this movie. It had all the right elements, it was magical, happy, sad and it encourages us all to dream a litttle more. I say all hail King Max.
